As a virtual doula, I bring the same calm, informed support you'd get in person, straight to your screen. We'll work together online to make sure you feel equipped, confident, and never alone on this journey.

• Prenatal preparation — online sessions that walk you through what to expect, so you can walk into birth feeling ready rather than overwhelmed.
• Hypnobirthing basics — practical tools for relaxation, breathwork, and mindfulness, rooted in the physiology of birth and, if it speaks to you, grounded in our Islamic traditions, the Quran, and Dhikr.
• Newborn care education — everything you need for those early days, from feeding to settling to simply feeling like you've got this.
• Ongoing reassurance — a listening ear and honest answers for every question, worry, and 3am "is this normal?" moment.
• Video consultations - We'll talk through anything on your mind about pregnancy, birth, or life with a newborn — and if feeding is part of the picture, we'll dig into latch, positioning, supply worries, pain to get baby feeding well again.
